Love this place! The food was light and flavorful. Staff was extremely kind and I loved the ambience here. This will be my go to Thai place from now on! We ordered the Satay, curry puffs, crab fried rice, Panag curry, drunken noodles. The noodles were very light and not too oily.

Went there for my bday. Been to Malaysia and wanted good memories. Food and service did not disappoint. It is authentic and made from scratch. Highly recommend it. Had Chilean Sea bass in as Sam Curry and Hokkien Meeas entrees. Portions are pretty plenty for two people.

We got a takeout because it was fully reserved till 8pm! It was still great and i would say the malaysian dishes tasted 100% authentic! All my friends enjoyed their first taste of Malaysia and I will definitely return to have a dine in experience!

What a place. The reputation precedes here, and it didn’t disappoint. We had 7 people and ordered a variety of dishes. Stand outs were the papaya salad, tamarind shrimp, red snapper pad char and the char kway teow. Coffee drink and desserts were good as well, but not next level

Service and food were fantastic at Southeast Impression. You could really feel the authenticity in flavor and offerings of the menu. Portions were very reasonable for the price, full of flavor, and all settled in a lovely warm ambiance. Highly recommend for a night out. Tia and Jenny both offered the utmost quality of service to our table. 10/10 will be back!

Came here as a walk-in this past weekend and was seated immediately. Everything was fantastic…the cocktails were to die for (ORDER THE WILD BIRD!!!), the chicken was great, servers were very friendly & the overall vibe was immaculate. I really enjoyed the decor, the kitchen being visible to everyone & the incredibly detailed & picturesque menus! Definitely look at the menus before coming, otherwise you might be overwhelmed. Can’t wait to be back!

Came after work on a weekday and there were a good number of people inside and was relatively busy. It was easy to make a reservation online so I had no wait time. The inside of the restaurant was well-decorated and probably one of my favorite looking restaurants in Nova so far. Sat right by the open kitchen. We ordered the Drunken Noodles and the Pad Kapow Crispy Duck. Took around 10 minutes for the dishes to come out. Both dishes were very delicious, I have no complaints about any of them. Duck was crispy and juicy and was very flavorful, was surprised by how good it was since I've not had this dish before. It was labeled as spicy on the menu but was not unbearable spicy. Overall was a good experience. Would love to come back to try other dishes. There were unique asian-inspired drinks and desserts that I did not get a chance to try this time but looking forward to trying next time!

Southeast Impressions is one of our new favorite casual restaurants.  The menu is huge and if every offering is as good as the ones we tried, we will be coming back for a long time.  To start, we had the Tuk Tuk Lemonade which had a really nice refreshing flavor without being overly sweet.  The fresh rolls were filled with veggies and chicken and were very tasty and healthy. The peanut sauce was so good, we kept it on the table.  We ordered three different entrees.  Each was good was we preferred two to the third.  The Singapore noodles, though our least favorite was still flavorful.  It just didn't have as much zing as the Pad Kapow Crispy Duck which was nice and spicy.  The duck was also really tender.  Another favorite was the Panang curry.  This was so tasty that no matter what protein you pair it with - it will be super.  For dessert we had comforting and yummy mango with sticky rice and then the jewel like anku kuih.  These filled and colored little mochi balls were almost too pretty to eat.  Our server, who was also one of the wonderful aspects of our meal said they sell out quickly.  The whole vibe of Southeast Impressions is welcoming and relaxing.  The staff is very friendly and helpful and the space is open and decorated with numerous plantings.  The music is at a volume that is fun to listen to but doesn't not drown out conversation with the people with whom you are dining and conversing.  We got there early for lunch on the weekend and the place filled up really quickly so next time we will definitely make reservations. Parking is located in a garage right around the corner.  Southeast Impressions was the all-around package and we look forward to checking outbthe rest of the very extensive menu soon.

Parking: parked in the parking garage next to giant and walked over No reservation needed for 6 pm on a week day but noticed the place filled up quick. We ordered three appetizers. The chive pancake was our favorite. We ordered three entrees. The pad se ew was very good and so was the pork and mushroom stew. We ordered two desserts. Both the mango sticky rice and lechee dessert were delicious. We would love to go back and try more. We kept on looking to see what other people ordered. The only downside was the restaurant was very hot. Even though there were ceiling fans, they did little to help the heat.
